Isn't Farrah Cappo the one that gives you the Red Cloaked Deserter quest in Piken? I also wondered about some of them.

Yeah, lots of them died I guess. But a surprising number of them are kicking around somewhere or another. Let's see, monk trainers: Ciglo (dead I assume) Mhenlo (alive, hench) Paulus (dead) Meerak (insane) Grazden (alive, ruins of ashford). Warrior trainers: Van (alive, yak's bend) Thom (alive, hench) Barradin (alive, piken square). Ele trainers: Aziure (alive, near Zain) Ralena (alive but only talked about) ...

Okay, I give up. There's a bunch more but I'll leave it to you to think of them.

And isn't Old Mac/k in Piken Square with some warrior quest or another, in addition to Beacon's Perch?

She's grown up supernaturally fast in an alternate dimension, and now looks a lot like her older cousin Althea. Duke Barradin has gone mad and his keeping her trapped in a dungeon.
